Overall , great experience. Instantly felt more mobility in my neck and right shoulder. Rita is extremely professional and very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain my problem areas and what she needs to do in order for me to have better mobility and less tension. She explained how several small factors can cause small problems to occur. The way we sit , shoes we wear, sleeping habits etc. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment.

Je suis très heureux d'avoir bénéficié des services de Rita. Depuis plusieurs années j'ai des douleurs récurrentes à l'épaule et à la hanche droite en raison des sports que je pratique. En seulement 2 séances j'ai pu retrouver une excellente mobilité et éliminer toute douleur.
